• Pay Pal - by using PayPal payment system you can make payment from your PayPal account directly to our account, also if you don't have a PayPal account you still can pay from your credit card through PayPal services.

• Choosing check/money order payment option enables you to pay with your personal check, cashiers check or money order. Checks must be drawn in US funds only. Some delay occurs while waiting for personal checks to clear - this may add extra 7 days before shipment effected.

• All data entry and payments go through the Secure Socket Layer Connection. Cards are processed by the authorised Credit Card Processing Company. Your personal information aside of the contact info never is recorded to our servers

The entered Billing Address must match the Billing Address on your Card Statement. Also, make sure you enter the correct CVV code when it's applicable. Click here to find out about CVV.

Every observable attempt of using stolen cards will be reported to competent Authorities.

• Your card is NOT charged until the purchased merchandise is packed and ready to be shipped.

• All items purchased from the Stock are shipped out within 4-7 business days after the order is placed.

• Shipments against Backorders are carried out within the Maximum term of 1 month of the order placed. However due to constant supplies to the inventory your backordered items are very likely to arrive to our stock in course of regular supplies - therefore often the backorders are executed much faster than formally stated.

• If your multiple order includes Items from stock as well as the ones Backordered, the goods will be shipped most likely in two separate sets. So will they be organized in the shopping cart or when you may want to check your order's status on the website. Allowances on shipment will apply to each of these two sets also separately.

• We never Charge your Credit/Debit Card until the purchased items are packed ready for shipment.

• International orders must be issued in US dollars. Please be aware that for larger orders International deals' secure verification may take a couple of days longer than domestic orders. See the list of countries to find out whether your location is included.

Return Policy:

• All returns must be made within 14 days from the receiving date. However, you should notify us via email through contact page on your decision to return merchandise within 2-3 days after receiving it.

• Please do not ship items if your return/exchange has not been approved by our return department. Unapproved returns will not be processed.

• 15% restocking fee will be applied for return items. No shipping cost refunds. We refund shipping cost only if the return is the result of our error. For exchange items additional shipping cost will be applied.

• All returned items must be unused, unwashed, be in the same condition as received.

• Please include the original receipt with the item(s) and send them to the address specified in the approval notice.

• We refund returns in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 2-3 days after receiving your return

• We are certainly aware of Copyright issues that might apply to the kind of goods that we accept at the website. In the Seller's Agreement we strongly recommend to the merchants to provide proof of their rights to sell the merchandise and clearly outline that they are to be held responsible if the information, credentials or assurances they provide with turn to be false, inconsistent or invalid in any way.

• We urge everyone who may happen to have remarks, concerns or claims about Copyrights or Licensing of any of the items listed at the website to contact us right away so we would be able to take a swift action. Upon the every claim of this kind we will suspend the disputed item(s) effective immediately and keep suspended for a fairly long period within which the parties shall be able to come up with additional documentary verification if needed. On many occasions when the claim looks unquestionable we promptly suspend item(s) permanently, without probing the subject. Suspension of entire accounts is possible too.
